What the Service is

ResellSmith publishes a family of browser extensions that assist resellers with tasks like listing, pricing, cross-listing, and live-show prep. Each extension runs locally in your own browser and prepares drafts, prices, and suggestions on marketplace pages you have open yourself. The Service does not perform an action on a marketplace — such as posting, relisting, editing, or sending — without you clicking to confirm that specific action yourself, on the marketplace's own page. The Service does not run independently of your browser, does not crawl or scrape pages you haven't opened, and does not act on your behalf while your browser is closed.

Your responsibility for marketplace compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, seller policies, and community guidelines of every marketplace you use with the Service — including Mercari, eBay, Whatnot, and any other platform. The Service is a set of tools that assists actions you choose to take in your own browser; it does not review, guarantee, or override any marketplace's rules, and using it does not transfer any responsibility for compliance away from you.

The Service is built so it never performs an action for you — every post, edit, relist, or send happens because you reviewed it and clicked to confirm it yourself on the marketplace's own page. Marketplace policies change and vary by account, region, and seller history. If a marketplace suspends, restricts, or terminates your account, that is a matter between you and that marketplace — we are not a party to it and cannot guarantee any outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service or start a subscription. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Accounts and licenses

A subscription grants a license to use the corresponding extension(s) on up to the permitted number of devices. Licenses are personal to your account and may not be resold or shared outside your own devices.

Trials and billing

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start one. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the plan rate you selected. See our refunds policy for cancellation and refund details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to interfere with the normal operation of any marketplace or third-party service, to crawl, scrape, or access a marketplace by any automated means outside of pages you're actively browsing, or to attempt to make the Service take an action on a marketplace without the confirmation step described above.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific sales outcomes, or that any marketplace will not change its site in ways that temporarily affect functionality. Price suggestions and AI-assisted content are estimates and starting points, not guarantees — you're responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it's published.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Kodiak Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including account actions taken by any marketplace.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
