Does this run on Whatnot or during my show?
No. Whatnot Show Companion does not run on whatnot.com and has no access to your Whatnot account or your live show. It works from the plans you enter before a show and the sales and order reports you export from Whatnot afterward.
How do I get my sales data in?
Export your sales or order report from Whatnot as a CSV file, then import that file. The recap, buyer follow-up list, shipping checklist, and show-over-show stats are built from it.
What does the post-show recap include?
What sold and for how much, what didn't sell and might go in your next show, buyers to follow up with, and a shipping checklist so nothing falls through the cracks.
Does it send my sales data anywhere?
Imported reports are processed in your browser for your own use. We don't collect buyer details or sale records. See the privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't collected.
